Mr. Hyun Suk Choi is a member of Choi & Park, LLC. Mr. Choi has represented domestic and international companies in complex commercial litigation and business negotiations. Mr. Choi applies his academic and professional experience in business to create our unique solutions to clients' legal and business issues. Prior to forming Choi & Park, LLC, Mr. Choi handled various commercial and employment litigation matters at litigation boutique and large law firms located in New Jersey. While in law school, Mr. Choi was a Managing Editor of Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and also worked for The World Bank, located in Washington D.C. In 2006, a major newspaper in Korea introduced Mr. Choi as one of the notable Korean-American attorneys in its article titled "The New Power Group." In 2008, the Korean government appointed Mr. Choi as a special investigator for the Office of Independent Counsel to analyze a certain investment fraud case in the U.S. Mr. Choi is fluent in English and Korean.
